Refund & Exchange Policy

Thank you for shopping at Bexar Trading Co. We offer refunds and/or exchanges within the first 7 days of your purchase. Items must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. You are responsible for return shipping costs, unless otherwise specified.

Please send us an email with your order number prior to initiating a return.

You can expect to see a refund issued to your payment method within 7 business days of receipt of goods.

Missing Delivery & Damage Policy

If your order is marked as delivered but you haven’t received it, don’t worry—we’ve got you. Just email us at shop@bexartrading.com, and we’ll send a free replacement your way.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Be sure to include a photo of the item and the packaging so we can file a claim with the carrier. We’ll make it right with a replacement or refund, depending on what works best for you.
